When will Starlit Magic be available?
Starlit Magic is coming soon to the Apple App Store. Follow starlitmagic.com for launch updates.
Do I need an account to use the app?
An account is required for features like My Party, Community, and syncing your trip and Hidden Mickey progress across devices. Sign in is done via Sign in with Apple — quick, private, and no password needed.
Which parks does Starlit Magic cover?
Starlit Magic covers all four Walt Disney World theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom), both water parks, Disney Springs, and all Disney resort hotels.
Features
How current are the wait times?
Wait times are pulled from live data and refresh automatically. Tap the refresh icon at any time to get the latest times across all parks.
How does My Party work?
Create or join a party and invite your group with a simple code. Once connected, you can see everyone's location on a real-time map, chat via Party Chat, and share status updates. Location sharing is active only while the app is open and you're in a party.
Are Community posts anonymous?
Yes. Your name is never shown on any Community post. Posts are tagged by park and category only.
What is Today's Plan?
Today's Plan is your opinionated park-day strategist — a complete, time-stamped plan for any park day, built around your party, your priorities, and live conditions. Includes a free preview; the full day is unlocked with Premium.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account (under "Danger Zone") in the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it for you.
How do I update my display name?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your display name at any time.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing or not loading.
Try force-closing and reopening the app. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall, then email us with your device model and iOS version.
Wait times aren't updating.
Pull down to refresh on the Wait Times screen, or tap the refresh icon in the top right. Check that you have an active internet connection. If data still looks stale, force-close and reopen the app.
My Party location isn't showing correctly.
Make sure location permissions are set to While Using the App in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Starlit Magic. All party members need location permissions enabled for the feature to work.
How do I report a bug?
Email [email protected] with a description of what happened, your device model, and your iOS version. Screenshots help a lot.
