Welcome to Starlit Magic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at starlitmagic.com (the "Site"), operated by AliKat Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What This Site Is
The Site is an independent, informational companion to the Starlit Magic: Park Guide mobile application. It provides news, guides, printable resources, and other content about Walt Disney World Resort for planning and entertainment purposes. The Site is not the Starlit Magic app itself, and your use of the app is governed by the separate terms presented within the app and on the Apple App Store.
2. Not Affiliated With Disney
Starlit Magic is an independent app and website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. Disney, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and related names and marks are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. All references to Disney parks, attractions, restaurants, events, and characters are for informational and descriptive purposes only.
3. Accuracy of Information
We work hard to keep our content accurate and current, and we verify information against primary sources whenever possible. However, Walt Disney World frequently changes prices, hours, menus, attractions, events, and policies, often without notice. Content on the Site is provided "as is" and may become outdated. Always confirm details directly with Disney — through the official My Disney Experience app or DisneyWorld.com — before making plans or purchases. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on Site content.
4. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. All original content on the Site — including written guides, articles, printables, layouts, and the Starlit Magic name and branding — is the property of AliKat Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
